Phil Wood Seat Collar 31.8mm Silver/polished NEW £20uk SOLD

I bought a Phil Wood seat collar from Aspire Velotech.
After waiting a week, It arrived today, it is utterly gorgeous BUT I was fuming and gutted at myself as I ordered a size too small.
I placed it on the seat tube - only the rim of the shim went in - too small for my frame
Straight back in the packet.

I needed 34.9mm (for my RSP Ti) and I had ordered a 31.8mm size.
I've just put an order through for another in 34.9mm.

So the 31.8mm I have it is still in its packet, unused, brand spanking new - and I think I'd see if anyone here wants one but doesn't want to wait a week to risk it from The States.

I haven't photographed it, but have attached a generic image of it from Aspire Velotech - though on request I will photograph it (the attention to detail is superb, on the underside too

If anyone wants it, I will sell at under how much I paid in total (inc delivery from The States).

So 31.8mm brand new Phil Wood seat collar in Silver/polished.

£20 posted - I also include 5mm Blue Bike Pure headset spacer

thank you, I need to replay the one missed on my merlin,
this is a very good quality but is too short
I need 19mm
