A bit more info about the frame and manufacturer might help, as well as dropping your price considerably.
You can get a Dean or Merlin for about £500 or less if you're lucky, and they are right at the top of the titanium heirachy.

I wouldn't have said near enough half price for a 2 year old frame with a lifetime warranty (that goes with the frame) was particularly expensive? But if it's the price putting people off sensible offers will be considered.

Looks like a generic Chinese titanium frame to me - I have bought a number of custom frames for $1000 new direct from Chinese factories. Qoroz are always guarded about where they get their frames from - nothing wrong with the quality of the product, but just needs to be priced accordingly.
