La Polacra

this called 'La Polacra' or 'Torre de los Lobos'. It is in the Parque Natural Cabo de Gata, the lighthouse above Playa de Playazo. There is a small road of to the left past Rodalquilar in direction to Las Negras. The surface is tarmac, just a few potholes. It is not as high as it looks on the photo, to do big climbs one has to go out of the park.

I ride a fully rigid Mountain bike on skinny tires but I climb like a roadie, for my bike that means middle ring middle sprocket. That roughly equals smallest gear on a road bike.
