Do these have the moveable clamps?

Yes these are the un bonded ones, just loosen the allen bolts & you can move the arms up & down the fork leg. ;)

Hmm.

Any ideas as to whether these can be shortened to take a 29" wheel?

I presume all you would need to run in a non Cannondale frame is a project 321 steerer?

Is the steering tube 1,5" or 1 1/8" ? I have a Cannondale Killer V and this would be a nice upgrade if my Mag21 can't be fixed. I've seen people do these conversions, dunno if a special adapter is requiered though.

Hi there should be a straight fit as this has come off my Cannondale Raven 1 which has the same Cannondale specific headset 1 9/16"

They do look  on the Killer V
