Well, if Chuck Norris rode MTBs, these are the wheels he'd use ;)

Hope (Sport?) Hubs (steel freehub - bombproof)
Mavic D321 Disc Rims (need no introduction - awesome rims!)
Tioga Factory DH 2.1 Fat 66 Tyres

These wheels are in tip-top condition. There are a couple of tiny marks on the rims, all of which are pictured. The hubs have the classic Hope clickety click :)

Bearings are smoother than a smooth thing and these wheels will take anything you can throw at them, and then some!

£90 + postage

Seeing as I am Chuck's love child
I can tell you that his hardness & toughness would require a 40mm axle
Not 20mm & deffo not a qr.

Over & out ;)

Chuck gets on fine with a QR axle. He just tells it not to bend and it obeys him.

Replied.

Sorry, but I can't hold on to these wheels. I've had some interest in them (they're also listed on Pinkbike), and I'd rather sell them than have them sat in my shed as we don't really have the room.

Thanks

How light/good are they in comparison to my current set of Deore/Quando hubbed Sun DS2XC rimmed set? Interested in an upgrade and was thinking about Crossrides but these could be the ticket.

One word you wouldn't associate these wheels with is "light"..! They're full on DH wheels.

On the upside, you could ride these things into a tank and write the tank off (probably) ;)

The Hope/D321 and Hope/D521 wheels were the choice of a lot of pro riders (Steve Peat included) back in the 90s, so that should give you an indication of the quality :)
