Sizing:
Seat Tube: c-c 19” c-t 21”
Top Tube 24”
I have tried to remove the seatpost by leaving penetrating oil in the frame over night with no joy

So embarrassed about it to be honest, I really look after my bikes and this was cleaned after a ride this time last year and then hung vertically from my ceiling (front wheel first) come to sell it and realised it was stuck.
