These are impossible to find for some reason, anything that fits will be considered.

I have a pair of Hope Matchmakers which I'll happily swap, the ones for the newer levers with removable end brackets.

what does a matchmaker look like and what brakes do they fit? :D

Here's some more info on the Matchmakers but they fit all new Hope Tech levers.

But you can get the Avid Matchmaker X9/X0 clamp to fit Avid hydraulic brake levers with split clamp mounts
