WTD- 14"-16" frame SORTED NOW

A friend of mine wants a an MTB building up. On a fairly tight budget.
She's 5'4" so I'm thinking 14"-16" hardtail, Kona preferred or WHY?

Something like that nice pink kula that was on here recently would've been perfect

Another beauty, alas also out of my range.

I should probably have been more specific on price range , something upto £75 max really.

Kona steel would be nice, but others considered.

I have a 16" Kona Cinder Cone Ali frame for sale, takes Vs or discs. Gold colour. Will be able to get pics up after the weekend.
