cannondale headshok fatty DLR 80mm fork from 2007 orange fade, in good to fair condition it may require a rebuild as not as smooth as it could be, but that said it is usable.

total steerer length 18.9cm to the top cap, 11.8cm between the top and bottom bearing contact areas, the bearing diameter is 1.9/16", std cannondale - 1.5"!
