These wheels have done just about everything, but they're still perfectly round, straight and true, despite never having met a spoke key since they were conceived.
Bearings are smooth and sweet, the rear having been replaced last year.
Hope Bulb rear (with , I think, a ti freehub- I could be wrong though) and a , erm Hope front. They were originally red, but have faded badly over the years to a rosey pink colour.
Spokes are double butted, and the rims are black 317X disc specific.
The set weighs in at just over 1800gm including spiders, so they're reasonably light, but more importantly, they were made by someone who obviously knew what they were doing, so they're STRONG!
The rims are biffed and bashed, but there are no serious dents or dings. The pics give a flavour of the worst areas, but are by no means comprehensive. I expect them to last another few years yet! Space decrees they go though!

£85 posted for the pair, and for an extra fiver I'll chuck in some decent 185/165 discs and bolts.
