This frame came to me with a shabby respray and a stuck seatpost. After many many hours of effort the stuck post has been removed, and the rough paint stripped back ready for some new colours.

I have tied the frame down to being an 853 rock lobster (as in Merlin the shop oop north) but unusually it features a fillet braised down tube with all the other tubes being tig welded.

Spec
-partially fillet braised (believed to be Reynolds 853)
- 15"
-Disc or V brake

Condition
-Paint stripped
-had a stuck seatpost and the removal has lead to slight damage around the clamping area- but nothing that should give any structural concern.
-a small less than pea sized dent in the down tube. Could be easily filled before a respray.

Price
£60 or offers
Due to needing a respray and a little TLC

Photographs to follow.

Hi Jerky

Registering interest in this pending pics and clarification of frame size, Rock lobsters listed in, 15",17",19" ?

The 16" was off the top of my head. I can confirm later but I know believe it to be a 15" as it is diddy!

OK so a little nitromors may be needed to finish the paint strip around the braze ons...thought I had done more than I had....but you get the jist :)
