Thanks for that...I will take a look in a mo....how did you tighten it up... :?

Mine also feel quite notchy about half way down the travel so I will probably strip the lowers off anyway and see what is wrong there :?

i cant remember . i remember valve was loose and just tightened it. it was about 4 years ago. it was the actual valve if i remember correctly . i think my forks were 2002 ? so design may have changed since or before.

on mine the looseness was dead obvious once you tested.

Havent looked yet cyfa but there isnt much wrong with them...no leaks etc..... 8)

they are 80mm yep....a to c.....cant be bothered to get dressed and go look tonight cyfa......will do it in the am mate :wink:
