Avid matchmaker bits

Just discovered I'm missing the two little pieces that the bolt runs through, on both sides. Used them with separates for ages so didn't realise I needed them until now :evil:

Anybody got a pair of pairs going spare by any chance?

I have got the bar clamps but I wanted to pair my shifters up with my Avids - check out the picture: I've got the actual bar clamps but not the pieces that locate the shifter, like thrust washers by the look of it...
