no QR skewer needed... I'm only in need of it so that I can replace the cone and bearings in my hub to be honest 
so yours must be running sweetly pls. plenty of good stuff here to trade, or I'm (just about) willing to pay up to about £9 inc P&P (new are only about £11-12 but thought I'd try here 1st)
