WTD: sorted

I'm after a quick release skewer which you can totally break down. I need to be able to remove the rod part - so i can put in an extra long one.

I've bought a couple of skewers but these ones have the rod part pressed/clamped tight into the qr part. so after one which you can unscrew the rod section relatively easily.

most of the lever type ones can be undone, just need a vice. probably got one you can have for postage...i'll even undo it all if ya like

cheers for the replies. so they do exist. out of the ones i have and the cheap ones i bought online none of them could be undone. i did drill out one and tried putting in a grub screw to hold the new rod but thought it abit unsafe.

I got one recently for my frame mount adaptor[ and No2 caliper] about 8 months ago :?

see if theirs would fit,then just a matter of ordering it from them via your LBS.Same price i seem to remember :?
