Hi Jamie

They have an 8/9 speed freehub, will fit a 7 speed cassette with a spacer (4.5mm I think, same size as an 8 speed cog).

I don't mind posting there, but assume it would cost a bit more than the local postage I estimated.

If you are interested let me know and I'll get them up to the post office and get a cost for postage.
