Re: FS: Mavic CrossMax, SRAM 9.0, Indy Fab REDUCED

ta for info, will measure steerer tube later, and see if these will suit my frame...

Re: FS: Mavic CrossMax, SRAM 9.0, Indy Fab REDUCED

Unfortunately think the steerer tube on these lovely forks will be too short for my intended frame (100mm) + King h'set + stem (Syncros / Pace / Hope)
Just to be totally sure can you tell me how much space a Salsa stem takes up?

There's enough steerer for you; the headtube on the IF is 110mm..

38mm

Re: FS: Mavic CrossMax, SRAM 9.0, Indy Fab REDUCED

hiya, thank you for measurements--at this stage 38mm + h,set etc. probably does not leave me enough space for adjustment--which is a shame as the forks would complement thd frame really well...and I know these if forks ride really well!

I wonder if Argos can weld a post mount disc tab on, and remove the rim brake studs. Probably prohibitively expensive but I'll have a look
