Raleigh circulated a leaflet around 1981/2 featuring the Raleigh Record Ace, one was inside the first cycling magazine I bought, featuring Bernard Hinault on the cover, having just won the Tour De France that year, the Raleigh leaflet also commented on Joop Zoetemelks TDF win probably the previous year to publishing.
I would like to obtain a copy of that leaflet, as to me at the time it represented the perfect day ride bike, and has stayed in my memory and is the reason for my current collection of RRA's.
