Reckon date would be early 90s, going from SLX tubing, SLX decal and the fact the late 80s they were building in 753.

what groupset would fit this ?

a Mavic ssc ? or could even try to find a electronic one .

Think Zap started 1993. Would like ace on the frame though 8)

The latter SSC gruppo (with the 840 rear mech) as fitted to my merckx would surley look be the ticket?

seller wont finish auction early .

is SLX tubing any good , any idea on what price this might fetch ?

I really want it , but cant afford to go crazy .

I sold a mint Peugeot Columbus Thron tubed frame for around £60, similar era.

its all in the branding, if it was from an Italian manufacturer, who knows, but I reckon less than £100...

Dunno. Could go to £150 if people want it. SLX is two (I think) up from Thron. With a headset,b/b and stem too...
