Raleigh SBDU 753 Lugless Fillet Brazed Frame. Extremely Rare

Unlike all the SBDU Team Replica frames we see with capped seat stays and team colours, they are very common and hundreds were made, with plenty coming on to the market. This silver brazed frame is incredibly rare and it is very unique... it's very unlikely another will ever appear on the market again...

Think this has sparked a lot of comments on Facebook

The frame for sale shares the same rear end as the Dynaflite with flattened aero seat stays and the same non aero, non recessed seat pin pinch bolt... send the link of this thread to the Facebook groups, it may help explain the mystery.. ;)

Seat bolt looks a bit sticky-out, maybe would have expected something more aero lol

My first reaction too. Ugly as sin. How can a frame like that be let down with a bolt more suitable for roof space carpentry?

Been following this auction.
The price went up after a flurry of bids on Sunday morning.
Just gone back down after the high bid was withdrawn.

Buyers remorse before buying?
