Talking of optimistic prices

Totally idiotic - no one is surely stupid enough to pay anything close to these prices for these items. Top marks to the owner for trying though!
In terms of actual value, they are probably similar to what you would sell a Lotus 108 or 110 for; maybe a bit more as the Pinarellos are considerably rarer - so maybe around £10k for both of them, so about 25 times less than the asking price.
I do recall an auction for a Banesto Pinarello ridden by Indurain himself during one of the Tours he won, the guide price was something stupid (£20-30k) and obviously didn't sell; of course the fact that the bike had clearly been ridden by someone else since as the seatpost was set far lower than Indurain would use will have had an effect on the value of the bike.

It is clear that owners of these bikes are not really serious in trying to sell them!
