I keep coming back to this. Very very original but in need of some TLC. What do people think?

Make them an offer you feel comfortable with and explain why. They want to sell it so you could expect a bit of haggling. I recently got a frame off eBay which had been up for some time I kept pestering them with an offer which they finally excepted hope to get it before xmas

There is a deal that would be about right on the table. I'm more seeking opinion whether the groupset would clean up? Particularly the chrome steel bits?

Doesn't look too bad... depends what price you can get it for though.

I see the seller is in Spain - if you need any help with the language, let me know
