Interesting looking machine. Classic lightweights suggests these were built by JF Wilson of Sheffield.
20"(?) Frame. Williams crank. Brooks Swallow.

If genuine it must be pretty rare. Weird pictures make it difficult to get too much information.

Yeah, the images look like photographs of pictures that have been taken on an ipad. Weird.

Rear dropouts look 50s - similar to these:

Luckily I've got two projects on the go and its not my size otherwise I'd be tempted to bid just get a chance to see what it actually looks like!
