Gorgeous little Carlton 531

Interesting frame, looks like a Pro that someone had added mudguard eyes to the Portacatena dropouts......

And then had it refinished as a 1979 pro came in team silver lustre. I guess it's a carlton and not a Raleigh because of the lack of riveted head badge.
