Ok. If you look at his other items for sale there are things such as tractors and old motorcycles. But also adverts containing just these registration plates.

So I have sent him a question and asked what it means. I wonder if he will help our curiosity!

This guys a bit of a wildcard. He sells all the 'other' stuff at high prices in the hope that no one will buy them, yet generating a lot of traffic to his core business 'number plates'. It's a bit of a daft set up, but it probably works for him. I'd be very surprised if any of these bikes/tractors ect actually exist!
