I think you're right. At least, that's most of a CdA TBS pedal.

The cranks are Dura Ace 7410. Normally a grave faux pas to mix Italian and Japanese, but perhaps we should let it pass on a French frame ...

I may be wrong here but only the frame is advertised for sale. I would assume that when the buyer collects the other parts will have been removed

It's true that the buyer only refers to the frame in the auction text, but do you think it's likely that someone listing that frameset as "Racer bike frame" actually owns a crank extractor?
