Looks like a rebadged Raleigh. I cannot seem to place what frame/model this is.
The headbadge looks out of place as do the braze ons.
Serial is WA 8005533 which is Worksop 1978.
Could be a Raleigh Super Course from 1978 with Suntour dropouts and the distinctive braze ons on top tube.
Or a Frankenstein
