Well, the accompanying letter just says 'frameset... built for Bradley Wiggins', and while I guess Wigans may have used that frame, the spec and set up is way out.

The bars aren't pointing up with the hoods really high like he has them, he was using Osymetric chainrings that year, not sure if any pros ride with all those spacers instead of a slammed stem, and so on.
