TBH that's cheap for a set of those sealed bearing Record hubs, theyre popular because if the quality and the fact that they can run modern 10/11 speed set ups. You can really expect to pay that price for a good used pair. Saw a sweet set in wheels sell for £599 last week.

The Campagnolo C Record kit is always going to be expensive NOS, ask your man at Campy oldy - he doesn't have much of it at all. It was super expensive when it first came out, and I expect it'll take off compared to Super Record in the next few years. Buy it up now, while your can!!!
