Yep, Pondo woukld have drilled the lugs and deleted the chainstay bridge............and he didn't number any of his frames to fool the taxman :)

My aende has a serial number on the bottom bracket.

That's unusual, "Aende Precision Frame" frames didn't normally come numbered. Just out of curiosity what's the number?

Its 6692 possibly might be a build date as the group set is dura ace 7400 which is round 1993
