This looks like a decent find, no mention of the size but would guess at a 58cm or maybe 60cm from the pic:

If the bidding stays low, worth it for the frame/fork package alone which is (IIRC) not dissimilar to the Galaxy. Could make a nice commuter bike or with a bit of a rebuild including some drop bars, a good tourer*. I vaguely remember these Dawes hybrids when they first appeared in the brochures, there was an even better one with a full 653 frame but its name escapes me....
