Pretty rock solid and well made and the kind of reserve where nobody bids, less than £100 would be ok for price. You should be ok with &00c wheels, the brake reach is sometimes a problem but it looks like there is plenty of room to lower the pads. The handlebars need changing back to drops ideally and the only slight negative is its a 5 speed but there looks room to accommodate a double chainset. That and a a pair of shifters wouldn't cost much to upgrade to a 10 speed.

I know 531 isn't bells and whistles good, but solid enough for the salty roads here in Devon sounds just right.

Might venture a bid..
