SBDU 753 that thinks it's a Rossin

SBDU number 2726 is a 1978 ish frame which is my era....... so wouldn't have a braze on front mech.

Drilled dropouts maybe an SBDU frame but provence is not clear.........

nothing to say that a previous owner didn't get a braze on fitted somewhere down the line.

we used to get frame alterations like that when the italian frames started coming out with this braze on . . .

Well, it's no Rossin that's for sure and it's got those funny seat stay caps they used at the SBDU, the ones that look like they're too big for the stay ends.

...and the drilled campag vertical dropouts and the classic raleigh shaped tube ends where they're brazed into the dropouts . .

yup, well spotted indeed

:)

I like the description. Quote = totally original.
Components look rusty, wonder if it has been stood outside for a while.
