I really don't know but I've had a couple of very similar frames come through over the years with the same lugs, brake bridge and seat-cluster so I think it's quite a generic tubeset but it's quite nice quality for a mid-level frame and has quite fine lines. There's a lot of generic frames here in France that come under different brands.
