Hi,
Anyone have experience of carbon frames.
The description mentions "frame has some scuffs" and and also the headset & Bottom Bracket need replacing.
Are these difficult in a carbon frame?
Any advice really appreciated.
Cheers

Richard

Replacing the headset and bottom bracket should be just like any other bike as long as the bb is not seized in the bb sleeve. The nicks and scuffs is another issue because if the "nick" is more like a "gouge" this can lead to frame failure. I noticed an area on the top tube that had been sanded so I would be interested in knowing why that was done. On the upside the kit is pretty top shelf with Sachs New Success and that White Industries hub is a nice bonus. BTW based on description it seems that the headset just need adjusting.
