Following on from one of the best threads ever in the road section about the Polish Panto Butcher it appears someone has seen these auctions in the Belgian heartland of cycling and upped the game.

In all fairness the work isn't so bad, he certainly isn't boss-eyed like our Polish chum. However the seller would appear to be buying vintahe stuff and doing the work. The C logo on the post is off too...

If he has DIY'd it (as seems likely) then he should probably advise as such. However is there such a thing as 'authentic' panto work, surely most would've have been done by a third party even back in the day.
