Surley that is meant to have a set of cow horn bars on it? That bike couldnt be ridden like that unless you were deformed in some way....
 
Yep, with those bars the headset would be resting somewhere in your brain LOL

And then the the Sheriff Star hubs would break really putting you in hospital :)
