er means everything yet nothing in this case. Probably questioning the definition of 'fully restored' vs putting some stuff on the bike to get in running.

Reckon this will be original paint, in all fairness Falcon did make a batch of Molteni Merckx bikes.

Yep, it's a Falcon Eddy Merckx frame, we used to sell them. In fact I used the pink colour from the decal on the seat tube as a guide for my pink Falcon San-Remo :)

I have never seen the decals for sale and wonder where he got them from if he had it powder coated.
