Eddy Merckx Strada

I wonder why a frame built with "amateur" tubing also has a pro style race number holder ?
this must have been made just before brain OS tubing was available looking at those head tube cable guides .

Head tube cable guides - option available from 1992, number hanger - option available from 1980. For everyone, for little money.
