If seller is uncapable of measuring it he could also simply provide you the framenumber under the shell. X-size-XXXX

frame no: 2 58 3849
which makes it a 58cm.....early 80's going by the colour scheme/graphics & headbadge????
good,classic 1st class frame

1982. I am the happy owner of the '82 frame under this link. This one is built with Reynolds 531 butted tubing.
