Colnero frames were a sold by Belgian cycle firm Diamant, produced either by themselves in Belgium or to their spec by any number of cycle manufacturers in Italy. The name was chosen to emulate the 70s/80s popularity of Italian frame manufacturers but the bikes were of good quality using Reynolds and Columbus tubing - that one has particularly nice wraparound seat stays.
