Unusual DA 7400 hubs

I cannot see any welds indicating home made but there looks like a row of small holes inside the large ones covered by tape of some sort ?? the drive side spoking looks very average all on the inside of the flange AND crossing over immediately , AND its a uniglide freehub to boot !

I didn't count the cogs but the regular (non mushroom) NDS locknut was a 7 speed standard not 8 also.
