I asked seller about it - but was simply told "the frame takes a 26.0mm post"
Which is a bit of a twist on the truth as mercian's all run to 27.2mm ... So might be an easy fix but a bit of a gamble - and something the seller is perhaps not being 100% open about it - This is a heads-up to potential bidders really... Still worth buying - to fix, but it will probably go for more dosh than a "damaged" frameset would
