I've been in touch with the seller and its a 531 Race. (page 7 http://www.cyclemuseum.org.uk/ncl/pics/Raleigh catalogue 1989 (V-CC Library).pdf) Its 531 butted main tubes only. Stays and forks aren't 531. I was hoping it was the 531 Club that had 531 forks.
