no decals as a respray has been done prior to me, but the frame has oiler holes on the front forktube and by the BB, plus nice stiff back stays and exact 120mm spacing. The arched back stay crossover is very pretty and the fork and BB bear the same frame numbers : 48327. the bb has a batch or maker number 28.
i'd like to think its a Holdsworthy Freddie GRUBB, but some things don't match.
