you cant realy tell but you can tell a lot of work has gone it crafting. hand carver bottom bracket shell, cables through the tubes, rear stays mitred to the binder. as a "want to be" frame builder i would say that's a lot of axtra hours spent on a frame. so i doubt it is cheap tubing. coudl be columbus, coudl be reynolds hard to say. nice frame though.
