Would this be a step up or down from the Cobra?

Either way I appreciate you listing it twice in both ebay watch threads, it isn't often we get to appreciate such works of mechanical engineering finesse.

its a step to the left, where the scrap metals go at the tip.
 
I thought the Lizard was a step up from the Mustang / Cobra. Did it not have indexed gear whereas the 'stang was friction? Also features the all important cantis rather than calipers. Seem to recall both were hi-ten with steel rims.

Anyhow this is in the wrong place so will lock it.
