No solo retro then?
It was fun last year except the uphills when I cursed the fact I had forgotten to put a granny ring back on heh. I will do it again this year although may do the 6hr event on a modern bike, we shall see. I went to the 'after party' last year. It was at the Fortune of War bar, right on the seafront, under the arches. Free bar which ran out just before I got there at almost 10.30- 11! Groups of folk drinking and chatting etc on the seating outside, plus anyone else who was just there...
It was a good vibe, and not obviously bikey.....if that makes any sense.
