Hi guys,

I've been reading the other thread about meetups so figured I would put my head above the parapet and say I would love to meet up for a bumble about.
I'm currently in London but moving to Maidstone at the end of May. Is there anyone around that part of Kent who wants to show me some local trails?

Cheers,
Phil.

Hiya - I'm not from that area but not that far away either so also interested if there's some decent stuff to be found. I think Penshurst is RIP.

This might be of interest: https://www.southeast.bike/trails/kent. There's Betteshanger near Sandwich too: https://www.betteshanger-park.co.uk/thi ... o/cycling/. And Google 'Discover Kent by Bike' for a pdf from KCC that outlines a variety of routes - on and off road.

Enjoy!

Hi, there are a few of us Retro riders in Deal, could maybe meet for a retro ride at Bedgebury Forest should be a blast on an old-un?
BTW Betteshanger country park is one of my local rides, not 'extreme', but a reasonable mix of fast-ish XC trails. Beware avoid when wet as you will turn black! (site is a landscaped old coal mine slag heap).
