Mick, would this be ok to ride on that old single speed bike I used on the last road ride, or would I be better off with some gears?

Hmmmm.......possibly ! it's a very "rolling" route if you have something with gears you might be better of brining that, mtb with slicks would be fine :) I'm not that quick !! ;) lol
